  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • ½ cup vegan marshmallows fluff (or vegan marshmallows creme)

Instructions

  1. Cream together softened butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  2. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture until just combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop dough, fill with Nutella and marshmallow fluff, then form into balls.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 12 minutes until set but soft.
