4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika in a small bowl until smooth to create the glaze.
Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with half of the glaze.
Bake for 8 minutes, then brush with remaining glaze before returning to the oven.
Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove from oven, let rest for 2 minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
