  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika in a small bowl until smooth to create the glaze.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with half of the glaze.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, then brush with remaining glaze before returning to the oven.
  5. Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove from oven, let rest for 2 minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
