- 14 oz chicken or turkey sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cups broccoli, cut into 1/2-inch florets
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a large sheet pan, arrange the sliced sausage, cubed sweet potatoes, and broccoli florets evenly.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
