  • 1 and 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • One 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. Spread the raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk on top of the preserves and swirl gently to cover.
  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped pecans evenly over the top, pressing down lightly.
  6. Scatter semisweet chocolate chips and some white baking chips on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
