  • 1/3 cup butter (melted)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chopped pecans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut tortillas into rounds using a cookie cutter.
  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon on a plate; prick each tortilla with a fork.
  4. Brush tortillas with melted butter, coat in the sugar-cinnamon mixture, then bake for 10 minutes in an upside-down muffin tin until golden.
