  • 1/2 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (divided)
