  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup light or dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 56 peaches, cut into 8 wedges
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and melt the cubed butter in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, 3/4 cup brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, milk, and vanilla until just mixed.
  3. 3. Toss peach wedges with remaining brown sugar and maple syrup; layer half over the melted butter.
  4. 4. Pour batter over the peaches without stirring and top with remaining peaches.
  5. 5. Bake for about 50-55 minutes until golden brown.
