  • 2 packages of graham crackers
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  2. Gently fold in whipped topping to incorporate air, creating a light filling.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter together until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and powdered sugar until fully mixed; allow to cool slightly.
  4. In a 9×13-inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom, followed by half of the pudding mixture. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding.
  5. Top with another layer of graham crackers and pour cooled chocolate glaze evenly over it.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
