  • 4 medium/large potatoes

  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Aus Ju Gravy Mix
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Prep potatoes by washing and cubing them. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Cook seasoned potato cubes in an air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
  3. While potatoes cook, cut chicken into cubes and season with olive oil, gravy mix, and Ranch seasoning.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and add the seasoned chicken; cook until golden brown.
  5. Combine cooked potatoes with chicken in the skillet; stir well.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with pepperonchinis. Broil for extra gooeyness if desired.
