  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 avocado (sliced or mashed)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Green onions (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the shrimp in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
  2. Prepare the corn salsa by mixing thawed corn, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
  3. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
