Ingredients

Scale
  • lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 56 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the halved baby potatoes seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 15 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender. Remove from skillet.
  2. Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear the steak for about 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low; add remaining butter and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Return the cooked potatoes to the pan and toss gently to combine. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes to heat through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
