  • 3 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Bell peppers and carrots (to taste)
  • Low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic and ginger.
