  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot and pour the sauce over it. Top with sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. Add butter about 30 minutes before serving to enhance the sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
