  • 2 cups dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup dill pickle ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh dill for garnish
  • 810 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in dill pickle juice for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Toss marinated chicken in the seasoning mix until evenly coated.
  4. Thread chicken onto soaked wooden skewers without overcrowding.
  5. Brush half of the dill pickle ranch dressing over the skewered chicken.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 400°F and spray the basket with nonstick spray.
  7. Air fry skewers for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  8. Brush with remaining dressing before serving and garnish with fresh dill.
