  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute the filling across their centers. Top with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes.
  3. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom to seal.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook wraps seam-side down for about 3–4 minutes until golden brown; flip and cook another 3–4 minutes.
  5. Slice in half and serve warm.
