  • 10 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 oz package dried ranch dressing seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb dry large elbow pasta

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow pasta according to package instructions until just shy of al dente. Drain and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a 3-quart baking dish.
  3. In a skillet over medium-low heat, cook the diced turkey bacon until crispy; set aside.
  4. Increase heat to medium, add shredded chicken and ranch seasoning to the skillet, stirring for 2-3 minutes before removing from heat.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Whisk in flour, then gradually add heavy cream and half-and-half until smooth.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and half of the mozzarella and cheddar until melted. Combine sauce with cooked pasta, chicken, and half of the turkey bacon.
  7. Transfer to the baking dish, top with remaining cheeses and bacon, then bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
