Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peanut butter (smooth)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup crushed Butterfinger bars
  • 8 ounces chocolate bark or chocolate chips (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and peanut butter until smooth. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until combined. Fold in the graham cracker crumbs and crushed Butterfinger bars until evenly distributed.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll the mixture into balls (about 1 to 1½ tablespoons each) and place them on the sheet.
  4. Chill in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate bark or chips in a microwave-safe bowl at low power, stirring frequently until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, fully or halfway, then sprinkle with additional crushed Butterfinger or decorations before the chocolate sets.
  7. Allow to harden at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
