  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoon cake flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Cream together room-temperature butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together cake flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture.
  4. Chill the dough for 1 hour.
